My new book hits the shelves tomorrow. It’s an organised crime/IRA story based in Northern Ireland and London in the 1980s. It reveals a new character who is involved in a covert struggle against the Provisional IRA in London . it’s purely fiction but based on the factual timeline on events after the Brighton bombing of November 1984. It is 1985 and MI5 have entrusted a new high stakes mission to Sergeant Tommy Henshaw, a Royal Marine Commando, agent handler, and covert intelligence specialist. Their sinister plot involves using London’s underworld to facilitate to assassinate Margaret Thatcher and the entire cabinet once and for all. Tommy finds himself entangled in a perilous world of prison brawls, firearms, and ruthless gangsters as he races against time to thwart the IRA’s plans. As the story unfolds, three shadowy organisations collide, collude and collaborate in the shadows of the booming fast-changing London of the 1980s.
